Patience and Stress Management Needed To Switch Fatigue Feeling

I found that I used up a lot of energy when I was anxious, stressed and irritated, so this was one essential thing I needed to work on to heal myself of chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms and gain back energy in my day.

Patience Needed

What worked for me was to learn patience. A good way to practice patience was when I was in a check out line that was long. One day I was waiting in the line and realized that the person behind me had less groceries than myself so I decided to open my heart and ask if the person behind wanted to go ahead of me. The look on their face brought warmth inside me and the gratitude I received from them was worth it. This had others look at us and the smiles I saw were great and I started to talk to people in the line. The bonus thing was that the energy from the line seemed to move the line quicker, so instead of a long wait, I had an enjoyable one and everyone was helping each other which made things go quicker.

Now Results

So when I learned how to switch irritation, being anxious, stressed out while waiting to being patient to every day life situations. I’m no longer finding myself losing the energy on activities that I thought should not have taken that long. Try being patient today and see how much energy you gain from it.

Have a great day!

Patience is actually something I have been working on recently to try and help curb my immense stress levels. Living in NYC I take the subway and I have been trying to avoid going into a rage when I just miss the train – which seems to happen to me almost every day – and it is a lot more difficult than it sounds. Between deep breaths and accepting that I can’t control the train, I have been a little less furious when I just happen to miss the train but it’s still a work in progress.
