Diagnosed with chronic fatigue I kept looking at the fatigue cause which always kept getting me back to being tired and fatigued and back to square one, so it was a continuous thought circle with no solutions coming from it. But when I took the time and made the commitment to not only become healthy, but also set a plan and take action on that plan this is when I started to see results of myself of having less and less of lack — like lack of energy, lack of memory, lack of resentment of being tired in the first place.
This is why after writing my personal story called Waking Up The Dead: Healing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome I decided to write a book that will help others with lack of energy and need a set plan of action to do everyday and need help with their mind set to change from tired and fatigue thoughts to health and vitality because when my mind changed to positive and healthy thoughts and took action on doing what ever it took to be healthy, my health increased ten folds.

Before I could make those decisions, I needed a lot of help with my mindset. I was focusing a great deal on my difficulties and was feeling overwhelmed. After I started to focus on the things I am grateful for, I started to see more and more opportunities. My stress eased up, and the joy of life started to come back to me.
