Fight Fatigue: Is There Constant Tiredness In Your Day

Fight Fatigue No Longer

I always felt myself fighting this constant tiredness feeling and I always wondered what causes tiredness and why I was feeling this way on certain days and not on other days. So I observed myself and I found out that when I started my day with right thought my extreme tiredness that would be constant in certain days were not there, I was less tired or not tired at all, which was an amazing feeling.

Having Right Thought

I’ve talked a lot about writing your thoughts down on paper to see actually what our thoughts are, which has helped me a lot to let go of the past and future worries and focus on the present moment ones. Another thing that I’ve come to understand is the need to read spiritual and positive thoughts and healing affirmations on health or any other avenue that you are working on in your life at this time to get myself into a positive mental attitude. Because when I don’t sit down for at least 10 minutes in the morning and get my mind onto right thoughts, positive ones, that would inspire my day in a great way, my mind is constantly worry about things, what I should do, but not on the action that I’m needing to do. Like for health my action is to do some yoga, eat properly, drink water, and stop fighting fatigue and get my mind positive thoughts like I have all the energy I need and then actions to do what it takes to get my body healthy.

Some food for thought for your day! Which I’m going to start right now and do some yoga with my daughter who is 5 now.

Take Care, Good Health Your Way.
