Stress: I think of stress that comes into my life as challenges. They are lessons that I need to learn. I may not like them when they are in my face and happening at that moment, but I understand I need to work through them instead of paniking. When stresses or tantrums as I have a three year old occur they are considered stresses in my surroundings but I have come to realize with other people stresses alot of time I just need to walk away. Regroup, meaning with the three year old, I need to deal with him, but if I am stressed it makes the situation worse than better. So I go from the room if he is safe and take a deep breath, be present, and think thoughts of him calming down, and then I proceed to take him hug and love him. Most times I will ask him what the problem is and sometimes it simply remember that he wants to be more independent and help me get his food ready and not have me do it.

Other Stresses that enter my life like my husband not well, it is more challenging because I think to myself this is what I would do to get better and get really frustrated when he doesn’t do what I’m telling him to do. So it is again like my three year old, I have to remember he is his own person and be patient and consider what his wishes are and be understanding if they conflict with mine. So lately I have been taking a lot of deep breaths and being their for him as a wife and not a nurse with ideas of what treatment he should be doing to get better.

It is important for me to get a handle on stresses in my environment due to my history of chronic fatigue syndrome. Because stress plays havoc on my body and tiredness occurs.

relax enjoy your day

Fear

I feared a lot of things and then became tired from the fears that I thought. So I’ve decided that not only facing the fears that engulf my mind and talk me out of doing something that needs to be done. It has given me more energy and strength to try things that I wouldn’t imagine trying.

Now I let the universe help me out and guide me through fears so I don’t feel alone but the right people come in my life to build up my knowledge that it isn’t what I fear but the unknown factor more so.

Like I feared that if I do too much my body would drain and I wouldn’t be able to function any longer — especially old thoughts of being bedridden come in. Not worth going back to my tired days and having the fear come in. As I mentioned i let the universe help me by connecting with my breath and letting my thoughts out of all the things I need to get done or needing help to find a solution. And the answers come in or I get help doing the things that come in.

Try letting fear go. Keep your energy within and see how the universe works for you.

Enjoy Jenn

Crisis Happened in my life

you neaver know when your life will change and you can be blowen away leaving you tired fatigued and stressed from it. My husband went ill and into the hospital which left me unanswer questions and a family to support. It was overwhelming at times, but I knew that I would survive because I learned coping ways in the past to get me through. Yes I was thrustrated and wanted to crawl deep in a hole and sleep for hours as I was not only dealing with my husband but also looking after two small children.

I am blessed with the knowledge that I learned from fighting chronic fatigue and writing two books on stress relief and fighting chronic fatigue gave me a strong foundation to fight health and healing for my husband to battle for his health. And I realized that support from family and friends are a blessing in good times and bad.

Healing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

I’ve spent a good portion of my life getting my body and mind back into physical and mental shape. It has been a lot of work on my part and made my life focused based on healing myself of extreme tiredness. Has it been worth the time and effort? This is the question I asked myself today when financially I’m not where I would be like at this time of my life. The reason for that is that all the money that I’ve made in the past has gone towards my health — finding ways and learning ways to support my body and get back my health to a point that I can enjoy life without the feelings of being tired and lack of energy. I believe it has been worth it. But the good thing for anyone that reads my blog and buys my books that I wrote you can eliminate easier and quicker than I did. This is why I spent another 3 years writing and putting together all the information that I’ve learned as an experienced person in the field of stress and fatigue and as a nurse, nutritional therapist, and alternative therapy like energy therapy and yoga. I’ve been a student of learning as I believed I needed to learn ways that I could easily practice daily to keep my body health and strong.

So now it is your turn to become a learner of your body and mind by getting help from a professional who has the knowledge and expertise to guide you into the right direction to heal your body of chronic fatigue and get you back your life. Below is a beginning step. This is a good book that get you started that I recommend to any one that needs a starting point to heal themselves. Because my first step was to change my nutritional ways —-

And if you want to further your education and learn ways that helped me to heal myself of chronic fatigue syndrome you can read two books that I wrote: one on chronic fatigue and the other 12 things you can do to relieve stress and fatigue.

Stress Free

Being stress free has been my goal in life for a long time. After being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome I realized that if fatigue was going to not be a part of my life for lengths of time I needed to learn ways to keep my body and mind healthy not once and awhile, but all the time. So each day I do the things needed to keep my life balanced and free of stress.

Three things that I do:

I make sure I eat well during my day and not a lot of sugary foods — fruits and vegatables. I’ve never been a snacker, so having carrotts or fruit for a snack was an easy thing for me to do. But I wasn’t big on drinking water, so to get me into the habit of drinking 6-8 glasses a day I would place water around the house to remind me to drink water.

The second thing I do every day is take time out for me: It might be little breaks during my day to just stop and connect with my breath and remember that I’m a live human being full of energy and strength or I will do yoga or go for a walk or read a book that is uplifting and bring goodness into my heart and breath.

The third thing that i do everyday is to be grateful for the day that god had created and give thanxs for all the joy and wonderful things that come my way.

These few things and other ones has given me energy and stress, but the ability to be stress free in my day.

Do you have stress in your life on a daily occurance and feel drained from a days work?

I use to feel tired and drained after occurances built up in my day. Stress of the day was there and very thankful that my day was done, but uneasy to go back the next day if issues weren’t resolved. Another big factor is that I got sick as my immune system was compromised from the stress that I was feeling over a period of a day or many days built up.

The following are ways that helped me to deal with my day better and how frustration fit into the picture.

1. I learned how to communicate better — learned to ask questions when I felt I didn’t total understand what I was asked to do. This helped me to be more honest that I could ask for help if needed or get the right information firstly and not grind my wheels all day long thinking what I’m going to do if the project or task wasn’t going right causing stress and frustration to occur which increased my blood pressure and tired me out.

2. I learned to be present in my day. My focus was on my day. What I was doing not what I was planning to do after work or were I rather be instead of dealing and doing the work that I needed to do. This decreased my frustration as I was in the zone you could say for working effectively and solving the problems that arosed. Stress was not there so I didn’t have to relieve stress after a days work and just go home & enjoy my kids and husband the be present with them instead of a residual effect trinkling from a stressful days occurances.

3. Looking after myself in the day helped — like taking time out whether it was a minute or 5 to listen to music, close my eyes and connect with my breath. Another thing is that I choose healthy food — most time I prepared meals for work so I wasn’t tempted to eat sugary foods — desserts and donuts if I went out to get something to eat.

Have a great day! Stress free and wonderful
