Chronic Fatigue Syndrome CFS: Healing State

In cases of chronic fatigue syndrome / CFS very often patients have become accustomed to living in a ‘stressed state’ which directly impacts their ability to recover from the condition. When we use the term ‘state’ we are referring to the physiology of the body AND the mind. Thus in a stressed state often the body is physiologically depleted and running on adrenalin, and consequentially the mind is racing and more prone to worried negative thoughts. The two are linked and directly affect one another producing a positive feedback loop. This video discusses this concept further and how to allow the body to heal by maintaining a ‘healing state’. www.FreedomFromME.co.uk
