Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Negative Thoughts

Negative thoughts have been a killer for when it came to chronic fatigue and feeling tired within my day. I feel not aligned with my body mind and feel awful.

The Vibration going on within me when negative thoughts enter and beginning feelings of extreme fatigue is not offering wellbeing & continues to be that way until I get my body mind in better alignment. This is when my inner vibration comes into effect because when I pay attention to how I’m feeling (body) & the thoughts that I’m thinking (mind) it brings understanding why my body feels tilted and out of alignment.

What do I do to get out of this funk of neg thoughts & tired body affect?

I will work aligning myself to which is good –  a good feeling, it doesn’t have to a big step, but enough to get my mind out of thinking tired thoughts of thinking how long will this fatigue go on, I don’t want to feel this lag of tiredness any longer, (I’m starting to get out of it), I’m feeling less tired & maybe go out to get the mail, I need to not worry about my fatigue, I have the energy to continue with my day, I feel good inside, I feel a sense of hope that my health is getter stronger and I don’t get as tired as often as I do.

The above is a path of thoughts that will go through my mind. And I’ve found learning about the law of attraction is whatever I think about comes about, so below is a video that I enjoyed watching from Abraham-Hicks, and taught me about the emotional scale that has been beneficial for me to use when my mind goes towards the negative and my body feels out of alignment.

Enjoy Jenn

Empower yourself up the emotional scale
