I make sure I eat well during my day — fruits and vegetables. I’ve never been a snacker, so having carrots or fruit for a snack was an easy thing for me to do. But I wasn’t big on drinking water, so to get me into the habit of drinking 6-8 glasses a day I would place water around the house to remind me to drink water.
The second thing I do every day is take time out for me: It might be little meditation breaks during my day to just stop and connect with my breath and remember that I’m a live human being full of energy and strength or I will do yoga or go for a walk or read a book that is uplifting and bring goodness into my heart and breath.
The third thing that I do everyday is to be grateful for the day that god had created and give thanks for all the joy and wonderful things that come my way.
These few things and other ones has given me energy, relieve fatigue and stress, but the ability to be stress free in my day.
