Looking For Fatigue Cause: When Lack Of Energy
Looking For The Reasons For Extreme Fatigue
Whenever I am feeling tired all day and not functioning too well I am always thinking to myself what is the cause for this fatigue I’m feeling. There has to be a reason, but what I’m really searching is for something to blame for my tiredness. Because I’m too tired to take any more damaged to myself and blaming myself would deepen the extreme fatigue. And blaming isn’t beneficial to any one because you hurt others especially the ones that you care about. But I still wanted to stop this from happening again and again feeling lack of energy and then extreme fatigue from occurring.
Heart’s Desire
When I feel like blaming I now go to my heart’s desire and say to
myself, I am strong and healthy. I enjoy my life and very grateful for everything that comes into my life. Health comes my way because of my positive habits and actions towards my health. I know what questions I ask to generate solutions for the reasons of my lack of energy and when they do come I act immediately on the answers I get.
The Answers I Received
You need to be present in your day and not focus on the past. The past is gone. You need to eat healthy and keep care of yourself, not just in eating properly, but in what thoughts you feed your mind. Healthy thoughts produce more healthier ones and receiving energy from the positive and helpful people that come into your life will draw more love within you. This love you feel we’ll strengthen your heart, but also your immune system, you are strong enough combat anything that comes your way.
Enjoy being present in your day.
