Powerless with Extreme Fatigue

When I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue 24 years ago I felt my world had ended. I was given no real treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome, but only to rest, which was not my strong point being an active teenager. I felt recovery from chronic fatigue syndrome was not possible and my life was over at an early age of fifteen and I was going to be chained to a bed for the rest of my life. This may seem a little bit dramatic, but it was what my mind was thinking at that time.

Change of Attitude

My attitude slowly changed. First with positive affirmation and affirming to myself each day, that every day and every way I am getting healthy. See made me believe that healing myself of extreme fatigue was possible, but this wasn’t enough, but a beginning to shift my thoughts to a better vibration of healing and wellness. The law of vibration states that everything vibrates, so when I think good thoughts than I feel good and rely that message when people ask me how I’m feeling. And when I feel sad and up happy about my current health than that is what I feel and manifest more into my life. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather manifest health than sickness any day. I talk about in my video that I made on extreme fatigue causes, which I have below.

What have I’ve been working on now

I have been using quantum jumping which was developed over many years from an incredible knowledgeable person named Burt Goldman to get myself to visualize and use the benefits of my imagination by seeing myself running with energy, but also to experience myself as healthy and alive and doing all the things that I love. Quantum jumping deals with tapping into the power of your mind and jumping into an alternative universes. And enables you to visit an alternate version of yourself, my healthier self.  Helping me to heal and mend things within my self and see myself as health. It has been a wonderful experience. I’m full of energy and ready to move forward in my life in other areas not just health, but wealth and prosperity. Check it out for yourself below.
